Alex had his first thanksgiving with both grandparents, and he had a great time. My parents were impressed by the huge turkey and all of the thanksgiving dinner. I really appreciate everything to mom, Joyce. Alex’s bottom tooth came out just a little bit and it looks like a grain of rice stuck to his gum. These days Alex likes to stand a lot so he keeps asking us to make him stand. I think he has to learn to sit first… I don’t know yet how I should feel about his growing up. I wish he can stay a baby a little longer, yet at the same time I want to do more stuff with him like walking outside and playing in the playground. I hope I can grab every moment with him~~~

Vido: Aalex(알렉스 19) My workout
Alex can move backward now, but not forwards. So if he wants to touch a ball and move his body, he is always moving further away from the ball and this makes him frustrated. 🙂 I wish I could teach him to move forward. Recently, he pays more attention to Kay and he is very energetic. I can’t follow his workout in the video. Try to if you can and don’t forget to scream in the middle~~~~

It’s time again for raking the leaves. When Matt was out raking, Alex was watching and enjoyed the sounds. This year since we cut down two big trees, we had a little less leaves. Myself, I helped just a little bit, but it gave me a muscle ache any ways. I think I should start exercises again. Alex has more hair now, which make him looks cuter. The two of us visited Zoe yesterday. Zoe is an 8 year old girl and she was so good with Alex and certainly he liked her a lot too. She even said she wanted him as her little brother. At least Alex has a big sister now. 🙂 Together they read several books, sang, and danced.

Alex is discovering more and more. He is often fascinated by his magical hands, likes to grab his foot, and loves to watch the moving leaves. I don’t know what he is saying to the trees, but he is talking to them for a long time. Does he see a fairy? 🙂 One day, we had heavy winds and I took a video of him watching the shadows. Tomorrow is Halloween. Matt and I carved a pumpkin yesterday night. I think it looks okay.

We are going to get a passport for Alex and the first picture is for that. I think he looks like Tweety bird because of his hair. 🙂 Today, Alex and I went to the shopping mall in Midland. We spent some time in Barns and Nobles, where there were lots of interesting children’s books. Alex may enjoy them later…
