Today we went to Deerfield park. It was a long walk~~~ and it was beautiful. I liked my instant baby carrier made from my shirt and it seems to me Alex also liked it. We had a really good time.

We had good weather recently so we had the first chance in a while to eat outside with Alex. He loves to sit outside even if he can’t eat the steak with us. Today, we walked to the river. It was kind of a long walk with him. After the walk, Alex was happy to be back at home where he could lie down. He kept talking and laughing. Enjoy the video~~. He also tasted an apple for the  very first time. He just sucked on it, but I can see that he likes the strange sweet and sour taste.

Last Friday we  had the 100th day celebration for Alex with his grandparents. Now he is really not a newborn any more, he is officially a baby. He enjoys more human stuff, like cats and TV. He likes to have attention. If Matt and I are talking without paying attention to him, he just cries right away. He want to be in our conversation and wants to have eye contact all the time. 🙂 Today, I went to Katrina’s baby shower with Alex. He was laughing together with other people like he understand all the jokes. I can say he might even enjoy the baby shower more than me. He may think all the baby stuff are his~~

Recently, in the morning, I like to sit with Alex in front of the window to see sunshine and trees.  Alex is always fascinated. Then Talee jumps my lap to sit there together with Alex. Does Alex like that? Well, you can see his facial expression in the picture!!!

Alex started to take things seriously! He is focusing more and longer. He also likes to talk. After grandma’s visit, he is talking more than twice what he was before and much louder. I bet he can beat a morning rooster. I recorded his talk and happy scream. You know what, Alex? I am going to use that as your alarm clock later.. hee hee 🙂

Grandma is the best friend of Alex. I think Alex talked a whole month’s story to her.. kept talking and talking~~ 🙂  Gradma always tells many nice stories. His head is getting stronger so that he can read a book (he is almost big as the book) and sit on a chair!. Yeah, it’s little awkward in that chair yet, but he will be comfortable in the blue chair soon. It was busy day. We did a video chat with cousin John and grandma Ella, played the little piggy with daddy,  took a walk and had a bath at night.  What a day!! He was showing off his splashing power to grandma. I love to see his little red foot sticking out of his play yard. He does that whenever he wakes up from a little nap. I think he is aiming at that mobile.
