On a beautiful Saturday, we drove to Mt. Vernon for the afternoon.  John loved the farm animals, especially the sheep.  At times he was like a little “herder”, constantly moving back and forth to different parts of the pen, watching and petting the sheep.  We toured George Washington’s house, and John had a hard time staying still, although he did like counting the stairs inside.

Here are some pictures from Halloween – John was a monkey and Julia wore a pumpkin hat.  John enjoyed playing outside last evening while we gave out candy to the trick-or-treaters.

Julia Grace Migliaccio was born on September 27, 2011, weighing 8lbs 1 oz, and 21 inches long.  Here are some of her first photos, as well as several of John enjoying the baby and family.
